At Yugacosmatika, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product missing from the package

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer


3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account details for refund processing.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our mistake (damaged/wrong product), we will arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.

  • If the issue is not valid, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
